 The stylist (Naomi Smith) used basicly black, lace, wool with a bit leather and many dotty pieces! 

Tweed wool Chanel pant suit, dotty sheer top, I like the wool cashmere top with leather corset by Louis Vuitton,lace silk dress by Bottega Veneta, and one by Stella McCartney, sliced Hugo Boss drees with dotty lace gloves and some floral but still black but a little romantic Dolce&Gabbana dress. 

Benjamin Puckey make up artist did wonderful night make up for Katie, strong , smokey  black and with minimum silk blue on eyes but very soft bright pink on the lips!

the hair is wonderful but the whole shot i s-o uninspired (to me) nothing fits to her, look that everything is "big" on her even is she is not that skinny skinny model
Thylane Lena-Rose Blondeau would be a better choice even if she is 10 years old

These "Best of The Season" editorials are S-O in right now!

And Australian Vogue is one of my favorite Vogue... (Twin Peaks" editorials still leads)

but witl Lydia Willemina i have questions... Coco Rocha did this perfectly for Elle UK and this is VOGUE, she played with face , her moving but all what i can see here is a professional back before her...and an ugly tattoo! On the other hand i like her she is not another brick in the wall or what is even worst...and she is not: she not a dopelganger like so many others now

(like Barbare Palvin compared with Natasha Vodianova..kidding, right?)
